Audium Studio 5.1 and Call Services 3.6:
Administration, Boot Camp and Advanced Programming
This course is a four day instructor-led, hands-on training course that introduces the student to developing and debugging of self-service VoiceXML applications using the Audium Studio and Call Services tools. Labs will be executed in an environment that includes speech recognition and text-to-speech synthesis.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
This course teaches you how to administer the Audium Studio and Call Services software.
It also strongly emphasizes hands-on application development of IVR Self-Service applications using the graphical Audium Studio tool to build speech applications using ASR and TTS.
Students practice each topic by incorporating it into their own application and use the logging tools to debug. Students configure Tomcat for JNDI use of a MySQL database
to retrieve custom data. Students extend the Studio tool by creating their own custom elements.
